We ship worldwide from our studio in 24–72h after quality check. Made-to-order personalized pieces need about 12 business days to craft.
30-day returns & exchanges on non-personalized items. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return shipping and we refund the item price in full once the unworn piece is received. Every piece is quality-checked before it leaves our studio. If an order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos — we'll open a carrier claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or credit based on the situation. Damage that occurs after delivery (wear, accidents, improper care) isn't covered for free, but we're happy to help with repair or replacement at cost. Personalized (custom letter/name) pieces can't be returned for change of mind, but are covered by our remake guarantee for any craftsmanship issue.
For EU & UK orders, import duties under local de-minimis thresholds are the buyer's responsibility. We declare accurate customs values.
