Tarnish is normal on sterling and wipes off in seconds with a polishing cloth; it is not a defect and it never means the silver is 'fake'.

Proportions are tuned on the bench, on real necks and wrists, not just in renders.

We match chain weight to pendant weight so the pendant stays centered instead of rotating to the back. The clasp is the first thing we stress-test on every batch.

We grade the pearls in this design on surface cleanliness and nacre depth; beads with dull spots never make the cut. After wear, wipe them with a dry soft cloth and keep them in the included pouch, away from bathroom humidity.
