The pearl on this piece was chosen for luster first: every bead is checked under a daylight lamp and anything milky or chalky is rejected. Pearls are organic — they enjoy being worn (natural skin oils keep them bright) and dislike perfume spray, so put them on last when getting ready.

We match chain weight to pendant weight so the pendant stays centered instead of rotating to the back. The clasp is the first thing we stress-test on every batch.

The silhouette is kept minimal on purpose — it should date slowly, not quickly.

Tarnish is normal on sterling and wipes off in seconds with a polishing cloth; it is not a defect and it never means the silver is 'fake'.
