Tarnish is normal on sterling and wipes off in seconds with a polishing cloth; it is not a defect and it never means the silver is 'fake'.

The focal is set slightly off-center where that reads better in the mirror.

We test every post for burrs under magnification; a rough post is the difference between 'forgot I was wearing them' and 'took them off by noon'.

We cut this zircon to maximize brilliance and check each stone for edge wear, since zircon's facet edges can be delicate. Store it separately from harder stones and it stays sharp.
